Joseph resident Dale A. Calkins SAVANNAH, Mo. Dale Arthur Calkins, 74, Savannah, formerly of St. Joseph, died Friday, Nov. 12, $993, at a Leavenworth, hospital.

44 Born in Fisk, he lived most of his life in St. Joseph. I Mr. Calkins, a World War Army veteran, worked as a carpenter in building construction and later worked as the regional office manager for the Block tax service. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

in 1937, he married the former Maxine B. Dennison at Savannah. She survives of the home. Mr. Calkins was preceded in death by a brother, Orville, Additional survivors: a son, Mike of Kearney, two daughters, Marilyn V.

Barrett TRENTON, Mo. Gary W. Barrett, 49, Trenton, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 1993, at his home. He was born at Trenton and attended schools in Trenton, Arkansas and Illinois.

Mr. Barrett had worked at Crown Service Station and Restaurant. He was preceded in death by his father, Aibert, and a brother, Albert L. Jr. Surviving: his mother, Thelma of the home; and a brother, James of Trenton.

Hazel Constable BETHANY, Mo. Hazel Constable, 95, Bethany, died Friday, Nov. 12, 1993, at a hospital in Des Moines, lowa. Born in Harrison County, Mrs. Constable was a housewife.

In 1918, she married Harvey J. Constable at Princeton, Mo. He preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by a son; one sister; and two brothers. Surviving: three sons, Max and Randall both of Des Moines, and Larry D.

Coy M. Foster TRENTON, Mo. Coy M. Foster, 88, Trenton, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 1993, at a hospital in Trenton.

Born in Grundy County, she later lived in Kansas City, returning to Trenton in 1967. She attended Trenton schools. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Trenton, and of the Dorcas Sunday School Class of the church; past president of the Major Dale Step Post No. 31; the American Legion Auxiliary; a past president of the District 2 and Northwest Area Membership Chairman; past president of the Joseph L. Norton No. 919 Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary; The Chapeau Passe of Red Rose SaIon No. 366 8 ET 40; past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Military Order of the Purple Heart; and member of the Auxiliary No.

115. She served as the representative of the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Kansas City; member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary; Howell Camp No. 1387 Royal Neighbors of America; and the Home Rebekah Lodge No. 120 of Edinburg, Mo. In 1929, she married George Burkholder at Trenton.

He preceded her in death. In 1936, she married Nathan Foster, and he was killed in World War II. Mrs. Foster also was preceded in death by a brother, John McClure. Surviving: two nephews, J.

Born in Fort Scott, he also lived in Bern, where he started school. He later moved with his family to Lester, lowa, where he was graduated from high school. Mr. Kellenberger also lived in Elgin, and Morris, before moving to Sabetha in 1991. He attended lowa State University and the Elgin Watch College.

Mr. Kellenberger worked as a jeweler and watchmaker until retiring in 1971. He was a school board member in Morris, and was a member and president of the Watchmaker's Association of Minnesota. In 1925, he married the former Matilda Metzger. She survives of the home. Mr. Kellenberger was preceded in death by a son, Richard; and a daughter, Joann Knoblock.

Additional survivors: five daughters, Shirley Nohl of Morris, Lorna Erickson of Alexandria, Sharon Carlson of Orange, Jean Scheitlin of Elgin, and Adair Wuthrich of Galena, five sons, John of Fort Myers, Chuck of Cape Corral, Mark of Asheville, N.C., Tom of Hamburg, N. and Ernie Jr. of Elgin; a sister, Rose Moser of Hills, and 102 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gwendolyn J. Stuber Gwendolyn J. Stuber, 65, St. Joseph, died unexpectedly Friday, Nov. 12, 1993, at a local hospital.

Mrs. Stuber, a lifelong St. Joseph resident, was a member of Hope United Church of Christ, the Women's Fellowship, and Adult Fellowship classes of the church. She also was a member of Cosby, Chapter No. 145 Mrs.
