On Civil Cases. The criminal Kinaton, April 30. Within ten days the citizens of Kinston will file a brief with the Corporation Commission in the matter of a onion depot here. In ten days after this has been filed the railroads must file their brief, after which the Commission will deliver a decision. Hearings have been held since the first of the year in Kinston and Raleigh.

Accompanying the Kinston brief will be maps of sites being considered for the location of the joint station. Federal court is on civil cases, the first one being a suit involving that of Freeman against the Kinston Manufacturing Co.
