He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, the American Legion and the Sons of Patriots of America. He was an honorary member of the Society of Patriotic Women of Brooklyn, of which his wife, Mrs. Margaret B. Hamlen, is president.

Mrs. Beatrice Roberts Mrs. Beatrice Roberts of Woodruff Ave. died Friday night after a long illness. She was the widow of Frank Roberts.
