Church Y. 10:45 A.M., Quite et Sermon: Dr. Maynard Arthur C. Weymann, Lawyer And Dime Bank's Legal Chief Arthur C. Weymann, 51, of Wyalusing, and Brooklyn, lawyer, and solicitor directing the' legal department of the Dime Savings Bank, died Thursday of heart disease in his apartment at 8 Clark St.

He had been with the Brooklyn bank since 1932. Mr. Weymann served as a lieutenant colonel in World War IL. In World War I he was a captain attached to the 245th Coast Artillery and served overseas. He also had been active in the 13th Regiment, New York -National Guard, and was a member of the Lawyers' Club.
