She Recalls Thief's Teeth WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) The manager of a meat market testified Friday that she recognized a Roman Catholic priest as the bandit" because of his crooked teeth. Robin Reed Bush, 25, said she was able to identify the Rev. Bernard T. Pagano as the man who robbed her last January after she asked police to have the men in a lineup smile.

She said she then noted crooked front teeth. Pagano, 53, the former assistant pastor at St. Mary Refuge of Sinners in Cambridge, is accused of five charges of armed robbery and one of attempted armed robbery in connection with eight holdups that netted $1,185. The priest, transferred to St. Church in Wilmington shortly after his February arrest, has pleaded innocent.

Mrs. Bush also testified that although she had seen picture in the newspaper at least three times, it did not influence her identification. When asked if the man who robbed her was in the courtroom, she pointed in direction without looking at him. aamfftCTtf i 43 rd 1 4 6433 SAIL FILO Bf AU BROCES NORMA RAE" (P 6 4 00 06 12:00 cm muxr SILVER (AO) 1:45 10-00 Brut DOUBLE FEATURE 15 th mat 9864 0 HIAgWCt (Al 1 3 1 -M i.OO 3.101 NOON OP (6) "Alice mn 3) All SAIS 12 SO ROCKY HORROR SATURDAY OKLAHOMAN TIMES August 11, 1979 29 Chuck Berry Begins 120-Day Term for Income Tax Evasion Chuck Berry LOMPOC, Calif. No serious injuries were reported in the Londonderry skirmish, but it heightened fears of renewed clashes during an annual Protestant march through the city, the second-largest, scheduled for Saturday. Police said 12,000 Protestants were expected to take part in the Apprentice Boys march, a Protestant tradition.
