B. Griffiths, the proprietor, had his mind set on the latest attraction which is a real pleasure 'thrill much varied from All RoUs the "Jack Rabbit thrill. The Caterpillar consists of twenty-four cars of two seats each with a covered top. The cars are on rails with an effect of a crawling caterpillar with a hood over th etop consisting of a green cover and giving the general appearance of the insect. At the park are found many other amusements which have attracted thousands of Lancastrians and persons from cities within a radius of seventy miles and more to spend the day.

RIEKER BROS. All the buildings at the park have been newly patnted in white with green trimmings, making an attractive appearance. The park is well Illuminated this season as one thousand additional electric lights have been installed. The road from Witmers bridge on the Lincoln Highway is the best available entrance to the Park, having been recently refinlshed with an asphalt coating and making the drive Into the park a real pleasure. Rocky Springs Is a modern amusement park in every respect.

Proprietor H. B. Griffiths, now past his seventieth mile stone, has spent more than $300,000 for amusements in this park. It is located along the beautiful Conestoga River and comprises forty-two acres with ten acres of shade trees. Its popularity as a picnic grounds is growing constantly and a big season is looked forward to by the persons In charge at the park concessions.

Ample Accomodations Accomodation Is made to shelter thousands of persons in case of sudden storms or rains; the sanitation of the park Is clean throughout; no disorder of any kind Is allowed as Special Police Officer Walter W. Dull In on duty to quell any arguments or rowdiness that may arise. Rocky Springs park Is noted for its delightful spring water which has quenched the thirst of thousands of picnickers each year. The Crystal hall room has been renovated and decorated in a pleasing color scheme of pink and green by the Interior Decorating Department of Leinbach and Company.
