Bryan Texas April 23191 2 as second class matter under act of congress March 1878 THE BOY SCOUT HIKE The Boy Scouts are this week hav ing the time of their young lives camping on the shores of Lake It is good to see them enjoy themselves Many of us can remem ber the time in our childhood where we might have had such pleasures but We can remember1 par ents who were willing for us to swim provided we go near the wat er I But fortunately for these boys of the Boy Scout organization they have some one who is seeing to it that they are having all the outdoors that is good for them without any appreciable danger When they have reached the years of manhood it is probable that many of them will be able to recall no happier week in thier childhood than the one they are now spending The people of Bryan and particularly those who have given of their time and money are to be commended for making this scout week possible It was very kind indeed of those persons who came up with a donation of
