Segur Was Closely Identified With Movement. Toledo, Dec. Rosa L. Segur of Toledo, a pioneer woman suffragist, died at Dallas, where she had been sojourning for the benefit of her health. Mrs.

Pittsburg, Dec Beckwith Fink of Latrobe, editor of the Latrobe Advance and a pioneer newspaper man of western Pennsylvania, dropped dead at his home, death being cause by apoplexy.
