HARRISBURG burg man missing for three dayi was found Sunday night at hot- torn of a 40-foot hole inside ope of the monuments on the State Street bridge He was taken to the Harrisfeurg Hospital where he was reported "doing as well as can be expected." A spokesman said the man, identified as Samuel Robinson, 31, unemployed, suffering a possible fractured ankle and malnutrition. Robinson was found by two boys who said they were looking for pigeons. Firemen laddei into the hole and raised Robinson by strapping him to a shorter ladder.

Capt. Lee Hamilton, of the capl- tol police, said there was no explanation how Robinson fell into the hole. He said access to the monument is locked but that persons frequently force the lock and use the inside as a hangout. The two boys, William Winde- maker, 11, and Sidney Secrist, 13, stepbrothers, heard Robinson call for water when they were in the understructurc of the bridge hunting for pigeons. They dropped a container of water for him and notified firemen, rescued him.
