KCHF.FM Radio Begins Operating SIOUX FALLS Radio Station KCHF-FM began operating here Tuesday night. The station is operating on 3,000 watts from 83.5 on the FM hand. It will be on the air from 7 a.m. to midnight daily. Eider "Red" Stangland is president and general manager.
