At the time of remodling opera chairs, the first on the island, were installed. The organ, which has been transferred to the New Palace, was installed in the Gaiety by Stanley Elmore in 1917. Baker said this morning that, the Gaiety probably would be remodled for use either as a store or wharo-house, but that he has no plans for the place Just at the present.
