Campbell and piece of ground, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town ship of Logan, County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: Fronting fif- ay (50) feet on the northwest side of Adams Avenue, between Fourteenth and Fifteenth Streets, and extending back in a Northwesterly direction at an equal width of fifty (50) feet, one hundred and twenty (120) feet to an alley, and being the third fifty foot lot Northeast of Fifteenth Street, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northwest side of Adams Avenue, one hundred (100) feet from the intersection on the Northeast side of Fifteenth Street and tin Northwest side of Adams Avenue; thence in a Northwesterly direction on a line parallel with Fifteenth Street, one hundred and twenty (120) feet to an alley; thence along said alley in a Northeasterly direction fifty (50) feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction on a line parallel with Fifteenth Street one hundred and twenty (120) feet to Adams Avenue; thence in a Southwesterly direction along Adams Avenue fifty (50) feet to the point or place of beginning and being numbered according to the numbering of houses in the City of Altoona, as 1411 1413 Adams Avenue. Tomlinson, in and to all that certain property and piece of ground situate, lying and be ing in the Town of Lakemont, Town ship of Logan; in the County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of First Ave-n le and 4th Street, thence along the east side of said First Avenue southward One hundred and fifty 150 to a point; thence at right angles eastward One hundred twenty (120) feet tn an alley; thence northward along said alley 150 feet to 4th Street thence along said 4th Street west ward 120 feet to place of beginning. Containing 18,000 square feet and being lots Nos. 1, 2, and 3 in Block No. 9 Section 1 of said Town of Lakemont, which is a part of the William Divinney tract of land. Tomlinson by deed from Ida E. Lantz and Charles W. Containing six thousand square feet, and being Lot No. 4 in Block 3 of Section 1 of said Town of Lake mont which is part of the William Divinney tract of land. Being tho same property the title to which became vested in Michael E. Tomlinson by deed from Ida E. Lantz, and husband dated the 29th day of June 1926, and recorded in the office for recording of deeds, etc.

Also, all the right title and in terest of Miss Cora Blanche Forney and Blair Edgar Forney in and to all that certain property and lot of ground fronting 27 feet on East side of 11th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues, in Altoona City. Blair Coun ty, Pennsylvania, and extending back at the same width a distance of One hundred and three (103) feet to an alley. Being the same property that became vested in the said Miss Cora Blanche Forney and Blair Edgar Forney by deed from Ellsworth Forney, widower.

Dated the 21st day of May, 1926, and duly recorded in Deed Book Vol. 34S Page SS. Hav ing thereon erected a three story duplex frame dwelling house 24 by 54 feet, with all improvements and. known as property No. 608 11 Street.

Dengate for Blair Davidson on February 7, 1S85, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the corner of Lot No. in said Plot; thence along said Lot No. 7, Forty (40) feet thence at a right angle along the middle line of Lot No. 7, Two Hun dred (200) feet; thence by lines equal to and parallel with the first two lines to tho place of beginning. Hounded in front by a Street, on thu South by Lot of Moses Getz, on the North by Lot No.

8, and in the rear by land now or formerly of Blair Davidson and Harry Mattern, having thereon erected two eight room frame houses. Being the same premises which were conveyed to Adria Enna Getz by Hannah Hamilton by Deed dated June 3, 1886, 'and recorded in Blair County in Deed Book, Vol. 105, Page 476. Also, all the right title and in terest of Frank Horneck, in and to all that two contiguous lots of ground situate in rieasant Valley, Logan Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point 220 feet North east of the Southwest corner of Block of the Ritz division of Bell's Extension to Altoona. at Seventh (formerly Eighth) Street, as recorded in Deed Book Volume 70 Page 682, each of said lots fronting fifty-five feet on the Southeast side of Oneill Avenue, and extending back therefrom, of uniform width, one hundred and ten feet to an alley. Being lots 5 and 6 in Block of said Extension.

Having thereon erected a two story frame dwelling house and outbuildings. Reddick, in and to all that certain lot or piece of ground, situate in the Township of Logan, County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, bounded aid as follows: Beginning ot a point on the northwest side of Fifth (5th) Avenue, two hundred (200) feet southwest from the southwest line of Thirty-flt'th (35th) Street; thence southwest along Fifth (5th) Avenue, twenty-five (25) feet to a point thence northwest, at right angles to Fifth (5th) Avenue, one hundred feet to an alley: thence northeast along said alley, twenty- five (25) feet to a point; thence southeast one hundred (100) feet to the point and place ot beginning on Fifth (5th) Avenue, containing twenty-five hundred square feet, and being known as lot No. 7, in Block. No 1, in Section 2, of the plan of South Altoona, as laid out by the Baker Estate.

Having thereon erected a two and one-half story frame dwelling house, twenty-one by thirty foet containing six rooms, finished attic, hot air heat ing system and other modern im provements, and known as premises No. 3516 Fifth Avenue, according to the plan of numbering houses in said suburb of the City of Altoona. Also, all the right title and. interest of Donato Mastantuono and Mary Vastantuono, in and to all that certain lot or piece of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate in the City of Altoona, County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania, fronting on the North side of Fifth Avenue( fifty (50) feet and extending back at an even width of fifty (50) feet, one hundred twenty (120) feet to an alley and being the first lot west of Lloyd Street, on the North side of Fifth (5th) Ave nue, and having thereon erctcd a two story frame dwelling house, known as No. 128 East Fifth Avenue, Altoona, Pennsylvania-Taken in execution at suit of J.
