Mayor Will Refer Applicants to Poor Director Pensyl. The- police authorities during' the 'past year, have received so many requests for charity tickets to various points along the Pennsylvania railroad that Mayor Walker has decided refer all applicants for such transportation, to Poor Director Pensyl. It is that a' number of undeserving took this means of securing cheap railroad transportation and to prevent the chance of being imposed on bis honor has decided to adopt the rule. The name charity is as the ticket is secured on, an order of the authorities at a cost of one cent a mile.
