LIFE IN THE TRENCHES Captain John McNab of the Second Canadian Artillery, recently returned from the battlefields In France, will address the men's meeting In the Bed-'ford Branch Y. M. C. Bedford ave- 4 p.m., on "Life In the Trenches Captain McNab received military training in Queens University Oxford Training Corps and was subsequently appointed to the Thirty-sixth Ontario Infantry Later he was transferred to the Second Canadian Artillery. He served sixteen months.

Most of his time in the firing line was spent at Ypres and Somme. He illustrates his addresses with many stories of heroism and sacrifice. Alvah E. Nichols, baritone soloist, and George H. Shackley, pianist, will assist in the musical program.
