SOUTH COOPERATIVE, TROY, NOTICE MEMBERSHIP B.v Rex Vance Messenger Sporlswriter Goshen has really run into trouble trying to produce a football team for the first time in the history of the school, and so would any other school starting from scratch.

First thing, Goshen probably wont have any home games, or at least night games. That in itself is a hard setback on any football team. The reason for no home games is a problem in itself. If there were to be any horn' game- w-iich are usually played at night, lights would have to be bought. Money was gathered for that purpose, at least part of it, but then came the realization of the tremendous cost of football equipment; that killed the light If Goshen can pick up as much support for the newly organized football team as it has for its basketball and baseball teams the problems that have arisen will soon all its the supporters and the gate receipts that they pay that really produces the team.

All over the county, state and nation, coaches everywhere are turning from the profession that they trained in to different jobs that pay better. Just recently two coaches in this school district have changed over; Carroll Roney from Troy and Red Williamson, long time coach at Andalusia.
