Seibert Lumber Store Sale by Sam Seibert Files Suit Against Park For Injury From Fall An Annville resident has filed a damage suit in the Schuylkill County courthouse in which she is seeking upwards of $5,000 from Echo Valley Park of Tremont. Miss Judy A. Btouch, 709 E. Main alleges that she suffered a fractured and dislocated elbow in a fall at the park on July 4, 1959. In her statement of claim Miss Blouch states she was walking along a path in the park when she came upon a tree or log ly- inj across the path.

She states it was necessary to step on it to get by the obstruction. As she did so the tree or log moved, throwing her to the ground and causing the elbow injury. Miss Biouch is asking damages for pain and suffering as well as the loss of a week's salary in the sum of $75 and $162 in medical expenses. She asserts that she svas disabled for six weeks and has been partially disabled since that time. The park Pine Grove is located between and Tremonl.

Young Wike said he put a number of the coins in the meters as he walked along Walnut Street enroute to the Wolf store. This search did not yield any of the missing coins. Two old ntckles were recovered, however, at a local store where Wike purchased comic books. Four other nlcklcs he gave to the merchant were not found in his cash drawers. Wike told police he decided to nirglarize the Zimmerman home jecause "I knew they were away and had money in the house." He "isled the time at 7:30 p.m.

Zimmerman said his old coins were kept in blue coin books. Wike said he took an empty cigar box with him to carry his an- icipated loot. After taking the coin books he went to a clump of rees at Southwest Memorial Park. There he emptied several of the coin books into the cigar box. The balance he buried under Irass and logs.

The youth said he took the cigar box home and hid it under a of rocks outside his home. Tuesday morning he arose early, recovered the box and rode into town.
