Federal Judge Robrt C. Baltzell imposed a- five-year prison sentence.

Judge Baltzell leaned across the bench and asked Soltau, What was that again? The statement which startled the crowded courtroom was repeated by Soltau. He also added at the Judges insistence for clarification of his remark: This war is a war of aggression by the United States against the Germans.
