DIAL Wl 6-4825 Many Injured inPileup on Parkway SAYREVILLE, N. Dec. 3-(UPI)--A large number of cars collided in thick fog in a series of accidents on the Garden State i parkway today. At least three persons were critically injured. Scores of others suffered less serious injuries.

About 20 to 30 persons were being treated or examined at Perth Amboy General hospital and two at South Amboy Memorial hospital. Three at Perth Amboy were considered critically injured, the hospital said. The collisions occurred in a three-mile area. Stats police said seven to 14 cars apparently were involved. Other reports ranged from 10 to 20 vehicles.

Wilson's Role Under Review LAXSIXG. Dec. 3 I -Gov. G. Mennen Williams said today he is reviewing the role of State Banking Commissioner Alon- 7.0 L.

But he said he had not had a chance to see a letter from United Auto Workers Local 599 seeking removal of Wilson for his handling of a Flint ease. Williams said there was "a question" about Wilson's authorization for a braneh permit to a bank in which Wilson's wife holds stock, But the governor indicated he would 'wait for the outcome of an county circuit court trial started by two Traverse City banks to prevent the Empire State Bank from establishing a branch at the Traverse City skirts. A pre-trial conference on the branch bank dispute was scheduled for Dec. 17.

Total payroll of Munson hospital i the past fiscal year was S1.350.43S.S3. or an increase of over the previous year, although the number of em- ployes has decreased by seven to 39S full-time and 56 part-time employees, the report showed. Operating expenses per net patient day increased by $2.70 to S2n.73 during the past year. The attendance at the a a meeting was the largest it has been in the past several years, Administrator Schafer said. It was the first Munson hospital meeting to have been held in the new auditorium of the Medical Care Facility.

William Krumm Taken by Death William Krumm, 78, well-known resident ot this city, died early this morning at Munson hospital following a five-day illness. Mr. Krumm was born in many, August 3, 1881, and came to this country with his parents at the age of three years, the family settling on a farm near Grawn. Mr. Krumm worked as a water boy on tho section crew of the Pere Marquette railroad when he was 17 years old and had been with the railroad company since that time.

For the past 11 years he was employed as conductor and brakeman on the north run from Traverse City until his retirement in 1958 because of ill health. He was a member ot the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen fo." many years. In 1902 he was married to Nora Gernsey of Buckley, who preceded him in death in 1935. In 1937 he married Ethel Hency of this city, who survives. Also surviving is a son.

Chester Krumm of this city: two grandchildren ot Detroit: six great grandchildren and two stepchildren: a brother, Charles ot Grawn: a sister, Mrs. Edith Brayton of Clear Lake, Washington; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Hibbard chapel Saturday noon at 2:30 with the Rev. Kenneth Barringer of Asbury Methodist church officiating. Burial will be made in the family lot in Cornell i cemetery.
