Mrs. Tanguay turned Ihc gavel over to the new president, Mrs. William C. Mcnzlos, who announced standing committee appoint mcnts for the year as follows: Ways and means, Mrs, George Miller; hospitality, Mrs. Joseph Doktor and Mrs.

Sayles, and publicity, Mrs. A 11. Brown The group observed one min ute of silence in memory of members who died during the past year. In her acceptance remarks president, Mrs. Menzies thankee' the members for elect ing her and pledged her best efforts to ad vance the work of the auxiliary in the corning year.
