I guess they are doing their job, he said. ISP Sgt. Charles Maxey said police will keep the family updated when there is something to update.

Right now officers are continuing to conduct interviews. Weve talked to a lot of people and weve got a lot more to talk to, he said. Maxey said there is nothing really hot on the case, but added that at least two officers, and sometimes more, are devoted to the investigation. We dont have a real solid motive so it makes it that much more difficult, Maxey said. Ive been around a long time.

Ive worked a lot of homicides and I can sympathize with them (Wilsons family), he added. was a quiet kid who liked to hunt and fish and be in the woods and out on the lake. Delmar worked with his father at Hillcrest Manufacturing. He had just started there three or four months ago and was about to move from inspector to upholsterer. Darrell said he has two other sons, David and Derrick, who also work at the Paoli factory.

Since the factory is small, they frequently interact. We are very close, Darrell said. A fourth son, Darren, is in the military, he said. Darrell said Hillcrest Manufacturing has given his family as much time as it needs before returning to work. He has received a lot of other support since the incident.

Hospital dedicates emergency facilities PAOLI Orange County Hospital has dedicated its new emergency room facility. The upgrading of the department included adding a second trauma room, a private obstetric and gynecological examination room, a waiting room and triage area. The nursing station has also been updated and new wall and floor covering, automatic doors, new patient carts and wall suctionoxygen accessibility have been added. In addition to physicians and nurses, the emergency room is staffed by certified emergency medical technicians. Man arrested on burglary charge A 19-year-old Oolitic man who went to the Bedford Police Department to pick up a scooter Wednesday afternoon was arrested instead.

Bedford Police Department detectives said they had an outstanding warrant for Joseph K. Gerkin. He was charged with burglary and receiving stolen property in connection with an break-in last month at the Tim Sipes residence at 618 St. Police allege that Gerkin and at least two others took guns, power tools and household items from residence. The BPD got a6break' jn the case last month when officers pulled over a car that was moving erratically and found one of Sipes guns inside.

Police also recovered items tied to a second burglary in that same stop. Those items were taken from the former Fred Barneys tavern, police said. The Orange County program is available to all 4-H members who have completed the IDNR Hunter Safety Course. Seven members of the Orange County 4-H Shooting Sports Club spent the day at the 1994 Southern Indiana 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational, hosted by Dubois County 4-H. They were among a group of 39 4-Hers from across Southern Indiana competing for ribbons and other prizes in contests held for Shotgun, Archery, Muzzleloading Rifle, Air Pistol, Air Rifle, and Hunting and Wildlife. Representing Orange County were Andy Cheatham, Brian Cheatham, Luke Cheatham, Bonnie Gillespie, Chris Hudd-leson, Jason Love, and Steven Sanders. Thomas Gillespie and Bob Branch transported the shooters and assisted the Dubois County instructors.
