David D. Baker will be the guest speaker at the annual fall conference of the Western District Youth Fellowship of the Magyar i Synod, Evangelical and Reformed i church, to bo held in the First Hungarian Reformed church of Indiana Harbor, 3602 Ivy street, on Sunday, Rev. Miss Szary attended Roosevelt high school and is employed at the Standard Forgings company. Her fiance -attended Thornton Fractional high school and is employed at the Superheater company. At present, no date for a wedding has been chosen by the couple. Silver Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs.

Albert Neumann of 4122 Hemlock, street, greeted over 100 friends and relatives when they were "at home" from 3 to 7 p. m. on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary. The Mesdames R. M.

Polen. M. C. Gavin and John Waite presided alternately at a beautifully appointed table. A centerpiece of i roses and w'hite 'mums was flanked by white tapers.

For the occasion, Mrs. Neumann was attired in a lovely gown of Chinese red and wore a corsage of white carnations. Her mother. Mrs. George Hillman, who came from Milton, wore black with a corsage of pink flowers.

Friends who assisted the Neumanns wore black gowns and were presented gardenia corsages. Many beautiful gifts, flowers, cards and greetings of congratulation were received by the local couple. They also received congratulatory messages from two former pastors of the United Presbyterian church in which both Mr. and Mrs. Neumann are active members.
