Pyle is enrolled as a freshman at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Okla. majoring in business administration. Mr. and Mrs. Harland Davis, Cedar Rapids, announce the engagement of their daughter Debra, to David Rickels, son of Mr.

and Mrs, Lavern Rickels, Anamosa. Miss Davis is employed by Don neliey's in Nevada and Rickels is a junior at Iowa State University majoring in animal science. He is also employed by General Growth Corp. at North Grand Shopping Center. A February wedding is planned.
