FIVE Lackovich-Davia Nuptial Vows Are Solemnized at Holy Trinity Nuptial vows were pledged this jto attend a reception from 5 to 8 morning at 7:30 by Miss Ann at the Newport clubhouse. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs Vinko Lackovich, 211 Bundy street. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Davia, 610 Iron street, Hurley, are the proom's parents.

The Rev. Ambrose Matejik solemnized the double ring ceremony during the High Mass from an altar beautifully decorated with fresh cut garden flowers. During the ceremony Miss Mary Louise Jacquart, organist, sang "Ave Maria." CHANTILLY LACE GOWN Escorted to the altar by her father, the lovely brunette bride wore an exquisite gown of floial patterned Chantilly lace over heavy rich taffeta, which designed and sewed by her mother. The gov n. styled on simple lines, had a scalloped neck yoke finished with a band of simulated seed pearls.

The sleeves were long and pointed, coming to points over her hands. The full ballerina length lace skirt was attached to the fitted midriff. Itwas topped with a scalloped tunic which extended into a deep point below the hemline in the back. The seed were also repeated along jthe scalloped edge of the split tu- A helmet of matching lace her fingertip veil of silk illu- r.sion. edged with lace.

Her pearl ed during the event will be a barbeque with the bride's father as chief chef. Miss Marjorie Laskovich, a cousin of the bride, will serve the four tiered wedding cake decorated with yellow roses and a satm stairway. Two white doves carrying wedding bands and surrounded by fresh cut flowers will top the cake. Presiding at the coffee urns will be Miss Rose Isaac and Miss Joan Surprenant, Miss Charlotte Surprenant and Miss Nita Carh will have charge of the gift table. Elizabeth DeRosch Is Bride 4 Of John R. Ferkovich Today Miss Elizabeth Jane DeRosch became the bride of John R. Ferkovich this morning at 9 in the double ring ceremony at St. Ambrose church. The Rt.

The maid of honor carried a Colonial bouquet of Talisman roses, orchid asters and Picardy glad florettes surrounded by Talisman lace and a shower of satin. A bouquet of Roosevelt roses, orchid asters and yellow glad flor- ettes with yellow lace and a shower of yellow satin, was carried by the bridesmaid. Eugene R. DeRosch, the bride's twin brother, served as best man. Lloyd Younger was the groomsman.

Vivian Johnson Attends ME Youth Activities Miss ian Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Johnson, 216 East Michigan, a'member of the United Christian Youth Movement council on the range, is president of the Marquette District Methodist Fellowship, which includes the youth of all Methodist chuiches on the Upper Peninsula.

This week she has been their representatix at the Detroit conference Youth Assembly.
