This bridge will form part of steel viaduct, more than three miles long. CONNECTING connecting the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad system in the Bronx with the Long Island and the Pennsylvania. With sweeplug curve the viaduct will pass over Hell Gate, Ward's Island, Little Hell Gate, Randall's Island and Uronx Kills. It will be the longest and heaviest steel bridge in the world.
