Van Der Linda and Cullin. Hospital Day Observance At Palton Third District VFW Auxiliary observed hospital day at Patton State Hospital Friday with Mrs. Elizabeth Brush from Colton as chairman. Lloyd G. Hume Auxiliary from Rail to was the hostess group, Mrs.

Mary Slaven, president; assisted by Mmes. Ella Pickett. Molly Callayal and Florence Orr. Tables were decorated in a Valentine motif with table cloths, plates and napkins all appropriate styles. Each place was marked with a red heart centered with a candy basket.

The bride wore a ballerina-length gown of white peau de soie with princess bodice and a full skirt. Her gown was detailed with a jeweled lace jacket and three quarter-length sleeves. Her shoulder-length veil was secured to a matching lace cap encrusted with seed pearls. She carried a spray of white roses on a white Bible. Mrs.

Betty Becker sened the bride as matron of honor. She wore a beige silk frock with matching hat and earned a bouquet of chartreuse cybid-iums. George Becker was best man. Ivan of Cambridge City, and Robert Shelley of Indianapolis, Ind. She was graduated from Lnon High School in Ohio and has been employed at Norton Air Force Ease several years. Her shoulder-length veil was secured to a crown of seed pearls. She carried a cascade bouquet of white carnations crested with a white orchid. A gown of embroidered nylon tulle over bridal satin was worn by the bride and made ballerina-length with fitted bodice fashioned with mandarin neckline and long sleeves. The bouffant skirt of nylon tulle had embroidered overskirt. A tiara of 6eed pearls and sequins held the fingertip veil of French illusion and the bridal bouquet was white orchids, stephanotis and phalenopsis.

RfXEl'TION' The maid of honor's gown was of blue flowered nylon tulle over blue taffeta with a headband of blue sequins and matching face veil. She carried a nosegay of pink roses and white carnations. Following the wedding was a reception at Daniels Hall during which Mrs. Velda Alston and Miss Ruth Wilson sen'ed. Mrs.

Austin Davis was in charge of the gifts and the guest book. The couple will reside at 25071 Prospect Loma Linda. The bride was graduated in 1D56 from Needles High School and is employed at Loma Linda Sanitarium and Hospital.
