Morgan- and his Junius Spencer Morgan, through the increase in the number of seats on the Kxchunge, have been placed with the secretary of the Exchange for sale. Each right is worth a quarter of one sent, and yesterday it was reported in Wall Street that the two Morgan righta had been grouped with th erights accruing to John D.

Rockefeller and Charles Zekner and sold as a unit entitling the purchaser to one seat. At tho office of the secretary of the Stock Exchange, however, it was Mid the righta to the Morgan seats had not been sold. No information could be obtained as to whether the Rockefeller right was for sale, but it was presumed it would be inasmuch as the idea of the Stock Exchange in increasing the number of seats wss to obtain more members, and the holding of the right by Mr. Rockefeller would render three other rights useless unless he purchased them. Rights are currently quoted as being worth about $125,000 each, making the price of a scat purchased through tha accumulation of four rights approximately $500,000.
