Mrs. Martha Minchin, 69, wife of Joseph Minchin. of 626 Madison street, died Thursday after a long Illness. Her funeral was held yesterday, with Interment in Kvergreens Cemetery. The services Friday night were conducted by the Rev.

Dr. Maurice Ambrose Levy, pastor of the Greene Avenue Baptist Church in the absence of the pastor of deceased from the city. Mrs. Minchin was born in Brook- lyn and was formerly a resident of the-Greenpoint section. She was for years prominent in the work of the Trinity Baptist Church, beins an offl-v cer of its Ladies Aid Society.

She leaves her husband, who is a shoe manufacturer of Graham avenue, this borough, two daughters. Gertrude and Mrs. Florence Schumacher, three sons, Arthur George of Newark, Wallace and Lester, and two grandchildren. Mrs. Lena Tictjen.

Mrs. Lena Tletjcn, 68, wife of John Dledrich Tletjen of 655 Prospect place, who died on Thursday after a brleJj illness, was a former resident forj many years of the Eastern District. She was born in Hanover, nd came to this borough a child ofl years. Her husband was for manyj ears a grocer at South First street! and Driggs avenue, and the resided on Fillmore place. Mrs.

Tlet-' jen attended the German Lutheran Church of St. Paul. She leaves her! husband and a grandson, William Keinhold, a foreman of the Highway Department, this borough. The fu neral will be held this afternoon. with interment in Lutheran Cemetery.

Michael McXicve. Michael McN'ieve of 381 Ninety- third street, one of the oldest residents of Fort Hamilton, died on Friday at his home after a brief illness. Born in Strokes Town. Ireland, May 1, 1829. he came directly to Fort Hamilton at the age of 20.

He was a member of. St. Patrick's Church, which he helped to build in 185'J. He is survived by) his widow, Margaret Teresa. 80 years.

She was born In Brooklyn. She is survived bv her litis- band, who Is a patrolman attached to the 156th Precinct. The funeral serv-i ices will be held at her late residence on Monday morning, followed by a mass of requiem at the Church of Our Lady of Victory, Throop avenue and aicuonougn street. Thomas Andrews. Thomas Andrews, who was born In Ireland and was 58 years old, died of paralysis at his home.

Alfred Carll Slinonsoii. Garden City, L. I September 4 Al fred Carll Simonson, a prominent real estate broker of this place, died last night at his home on Nassau Boulevard, following a brief illness. He was 43 years old, a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and of the Royal Arcanum lodge in Hemp stead. He Is survived by his widow, Maud B.

Charles Stanleigh Curtin, 16 years old, son 'of Charles J. Curtin, a large, real estate dealer at 16 Court street, and nephew of William H. Curtin, a manufacturer of steam appliances on Adams street, died on Friday at Lake Dunmore, Vt where he was spending' his vacation with his father. He was taken wilh pneumonia and was only ill a few days. He Is survived by his parents and a sislcr, Dorothy.

Gertrude E. R. Pinto, who re-' sided In Brooklyn at 105 State and was the widow of General Francis K. Pinto, a Civil War and Mexican War Veteran, died on Friday in Plain- field, N. aged bo years.

The body will be brought to Brooklyn, after services In Plainneld, for burial in Greenwood Cemeterv. Mrs. Murstarot F. Barnett. Mrs.

Margaret F. Barnett, SU, widow of David Barnett, died Thursday after a brief illness at her home, 93 Lafayette avenue, where the funeral services last evening wer conducted by the Rev. James For-sythe Riggs. assistant pastor of the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Churcn, of which Mrs. Barnett was for many years a member.

She was born In this borough and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Fitch Bellamy. Her who died eleven years ago, was a lawyer of Brooklyn and well known.
