To he Board of Supervisors of Mus catine county, la. nave this day inspected and ex amined the new iron bridge over the Cedar River at or near Moscow, built bv the Milwaukee Bridge and Iron works. Said bridge is built in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the workmanship is also of the first class. I therefore recommend thai bridge be accented and the contract price paid. P.

Muscatine Iowa. Some Bona Fide Letters to Santa Clans, We were shown to-day the pile of goods stored away at McCampbell Day's for Santa Claus to. deliver. Most of the children's orders will be filled to the letter and if any of them are missed it will be because there are more orders this year than ever before and he may not have goods enough. This novel feature has caused a great amount of pleasure to the little folks, and every dav the letters roll into the box.
