Here in Franklin the Ministerial Assoeiaition is sponsoring a series of union noon-day services, to be held from 2:15 to 12:45 on Monday, Tuesday, AVednesday and Thursday, ami from noon until 3 o'clock on Good Friday. The services will be held in the following churches Monday at the First Baptist Church.

Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church. AA'ednesday at the First Evangelical Church. Thursday at the First Methodist Church. Good Friday at St. John's Episcopal Church.

Bach service will he in charge of tire minister of the church in which it is conducted, and that minister will also perhaps make a brief address. This address, with Scripture reading and hymns and prayer, will comprise the devotions of the day, beginning at 12:15 and lasting about half an hour. On Good Friday the service, begining at noon, will be more extended, for the three hours as in years past. The ministers of the Ministerial Assoeiaition earnestly commend this series of services to the people of Franklin, for their worship and participation in the holy days, it is a new plan, and if there be strong response to such corporate worship this year, it will be continued aud developed in the future as an element in the religious life of our community.
