Shapp will dedicate the Commonwealth's million Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania at Strasburg, Lancaster County, during ceremonies at noon Wednesday. Feme Smith Hetrick, chairman of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), also announced that the Commission will hold open house at the new facility, with admission free for the entire day of the dedication.
