Washko Jr., 25, of Swoyersville, was indicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge by the l.uzerne County grand jury Thursday in the death of William Solomon, a soldier home on leave. Police said the victim was found dead in his bed July 5.' They said Hie I wo had been involved in a fight at a Swoyersville recreation center operated by Washko on the previous day.
