a a a PARK A. ROWLEY, 65, DIES; FORMER BANK PRESIDENT Park A. Rowley, 65, president of Jamaica Buses, and former president of the Bank of the Manhattan Company, died yesterday in Doctors Hospital, Manhattan. He lived in the Ritz Tower Hotel, 57th St. and Park and maintained offices at 33 Madison Manhattan.

Born in Fredericton. New Brunswick. Canada. Mr. Rowley entered the banking field in Nova Scotia as a youth and in 1913 came to this city as cashier of the Bank of Long Island in Jamaica.

He was appointed a vice president of the Manhattan Company after it absorbed the Bank of Long Island in 1920. Nine years later, when the Manhattan Company became a holding firm he was named president. He held that post until 1932, when he resigned to devote himself to various industrial enterprises. In the same year the Manhattan institution to be a holding company, resuming its banking functions the Bank of the Manhattan Company. 1932 to board of directors Mr.

Rowley, was appointed in of the Interborough Rapid Transit Company, then privately owned. and held that post for several years. His interests extended to Jamaica Buses, which he had developed from a trolley line from small, Rockaway into a comprehensive bus system. For many years he had been active in Queens civic affairs and realty development, and was a director of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. Surviving are his wife.

Mrs. Muriel Rowley; a daughter, Mrs. John Eaton a sister. Annie A. Rowley, and a brother.

Schneelock, Henry Matheson, Nurse Ex-Union President: Mrs. Josephine Schneeloch of 924 E. 320 a practical nurse. died Sunday evening in Prospect Park Hospital. of a heart ailment.

She had been ill two weeks. A native of Manhattan, Mrs. Schneeloch lived in the Bronx before coming to Brooklyn a number of years ago. She was the wife of Max Schneeloch and was a member of the Woodyerest Methodist Church, Nelson Ave. end W.

166th the Bronx. A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Clinton Ave. Funeral Chapel. 519 Clinton Ave.

Schneeloch, and four children, Paul, and. Dianne Schneeloch and Lynne and William Schneeloch. Funeral services for Henry Matheson, 83, retired carpenter and cabinetmaker. and former president of the local unit of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners. will be held at 8 o'clock tonight at the Ericson Erieson Chapel.

500 State St. Burial will be in Evergreens Cemetery tomorrow morning. Mr. Matheson, who lived at 325 Jay died there Sunday. He had been in poor health for the last two years.

On Monday evening of last week he and his wife, the former Margaret Fraser, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary, the occasion being marked by a family get-together at the residence. He was born in Nova Scotia March 27, 1866. and had lived olin Brooklyn for the last 50 years. He was a member of Sterling Lodge 817, F. A.

M. Besides his wife. he is survived by a son. Harry F. Matheson.

Church. Clermont near Park Ave. She died Sunday at the age of 77. Miss Fisher was the granddaughter of Patrick and Susan Boyd Fisher. who settled in Happaugue in 1812 and did much to that town.

They were extensive landown. ers and donated much of the land now used by St. Patrick's Cemetery. Miss Fisher came to Brooklyn 58 vears ago. She is survived by three sisters.

Direction Joseph Redmond. 3, 9:30 a.m. Louis Frisse, 74, Borough Plumbing Contractor 50 Years 'Louis B. Frisse, vice president and a trustee of the Hamburg Savings Bank, who for 50 years was a leading plumbing contractor in this borough, died yesterday in his home at Bay Shore. He was 74.

Mr. Frisse, who was born in Prooklyn, was former head of the Frisse Plumbing Corporation. He was a charter member of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and in 1908 he helped to found the Peoples National Bank here. He was a past president of the Master Plumbers Association of Brooklyn and was' a char! ter member of the 20th A. D.

Democratic Club. He was a member of the New York State Master Plumbers Association. the National Association, of Plumbers, the Kiwanis Club of Brooklyn and the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Clara S.

Frisse; a daughter, Mrs. Allene Newins: a son. John L. Frisse: two sisters. Mrs.
