After many conferences.

Mar6us Loew and his chiefs have agreed to make every house on the Loew Circuit a union house, and will employ nothing but union stage hands and musicians. Several of the Loew theaters are now non-union, and just as soon as plans can be put into operation union employees only will be engaged. This information is particularly Interesting at the present time, when the White Rats, an organization of actors, are on strike against the Loew Circuit. They have endeavored at various times to win the support of labor unions in other cities, but have been unsuccessful. The musicians and stage hands' unions of this city told Mr.

Loew at tho time they wero negotiating with him that they did not wish to cooperate or aid the White Rats in any way, and would take no action whatsoever until the White Rats' matter was settled.
