Vincent F. Rosati, 55, Active, In Italian-American Circles A solemn requiem mass will be offered for Dr. Vincent F. Rosati, a Brooklyn physician who was active in medical and Italian-American organizations, at 10 a.m. tomorrow at SS.

Simon and Jude R.C. Church, A Dr. Avenue Rosati, and who Van Sicklen maintained St. an office at 274 Avenue for Dr. Vincent F.

Rosati the past 20 years, died Monday at Caledonian Hospital. He was 55 and resided at 9108 Colonial Road until two months ago when he moved to Post Old Westbury. He was a former officer of the Italian Historical Society, president of the Physicians Guild of Kings County and former president of the Society. Born in Manhattan, Dr. Rosati was graduated from Fordham University and the Jefferson Medical School in delphia.

A Brooklyn resident for the past 40 years, he opened his first office at 246 Avenue where he remained for 10 years. Dr. Rosati was active in Police Athletic League activities and was a member of the Bay Ridge and Kings County Medical societies. He was also former chairman of the Doctors' Orchestra. Surviving are his wife, Rose, and two sons, Thomas and Vincent, the latter a medical student.

The funeral will be from the Jordan Funeral Home, 245 Avenue at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow. Interment will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Pinelawn. Bernard J.

Fay, Retired Patrolman Fraternal services for Bernard J. Fay, 56, a retired patrolman and former president of the St. George Association of the Police Department, will be held tonight at 8:30 at the Werst Funeral Home, 71-41 Cooper Glendale. A Brooklyn resident until 16 years Mr. Fay died at his home, 71-37 Myrtle Glendale, on Tuesday.

He was attached to the Emergency Service Division at the Herbert St. Precinct his retirement in 1916 years' service. until, Following his retirement, he became a partner in the firm of Kirk Fay, Manhattan theatrical agents. He was a member of the Police Square Club, Police Honor Legion, Patrolmen's Benevolent Association, Queens: boro Lodge, B.P.O.E., and Greenpoint Lodge, F. A.M.

Mr. Fay, a widower, is sur. vived by a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Walther: two sisters and three grandchildren. Religious services will be held at the funeral home tomorrow at 1:30 p.m.

Kaiser, former Assistant U. S. Secretary of Labor, to be a special assistant to the Governor to coordinate work on problems of the city's and State's growing numbers of aged people. Mr. Kaiser has had long perience in government, labor and social welfare work.

Forty-one, he is married and the father of three sons and lives at 2043 82d Bensonhurst. The Governor said the appointment was a personal one, rather than a patronage action.
