MAKES hiv NEW MIRACLE ORANGE CONCENTRATE Just Between UsAdvised to Pass Up Opportunity To Steal Girl's Beau for Spite a year ago, I was certain boy, and we were until a girl I've never Nancy Mottram Nancy Mottram By NANCY MOTTRAM (Q.) Dear especially fond of a getting along very well.

liked entered the picture, and you can guess the ending. He began dating her and even though the romance didn't last long, it was well known that I was jilted. But now I have a chance to get my revenge. She's dating a fellow' I've known for a long time, and only last week he told me that he'd always cared for me and asked me -to go out with him. I don't feel the same way about him and I'm happy dating the boy I'm going with now, but I don't know whether I should pass up this wonderful opportunity.

I'd like an opinion. What do you think I should do? (A.) You really have chance to "put her in her place," but what joy could you get out of it, except returning the hurt after holding a grudge for so long? It might sound good, but even though you know she'd be hurt, your present romance might suffer when it got around the grapevine that you did it for spite. Nobody admires a gal who does her best to attract a lad who's known to be steadily dating someone else, and you'd be putting yourself right in her bracket, after everything. You're happy now, impulse and you'll be thing. to you, and a date made wasted one in anyone's so forget the revenge sure you did the right (Q.) Dear Nancy-1 recently moved into a new neighborhood, and right away, made friends with the girl next door. We were really close, until she started going with a boy in our high school who doesn't have a very good name, and frankly, she's making a big mistake.

I've tried to reason with her, but she finally toid me it was none of my business, so I threatened to tell her mother and see if she could do something. Since then the girl and I haven't spoken, even though I never did tell her folks. What can I do to make her see she's wrong? Please help (A.) Whoa! Before you really get yourself on the black list with your new friends! That new pal isn't under vour thumb, remember, and you don't have any right to pass judgment on any of her friends, no matter what you personally think of them. You could be right, but carrying tales won't help you--or her. You've told her your honest opinion, and she wouldn't that's all you can do.

It's her ro-1 mance, and her problem, and she'll solve it for herself. Just bide your time. It may end as you've predicted, but it's your job to keep those new friends you've made, and saying "I told you so," won't help. You've done what you could, so your part is over. From now on, it's strictly up to her.
