(P)- Twenty representatives of bituminous coal producers in the Rocky Mountain and Pacific coast regions began conferences Monday 011 price coordination, The conferences are the first step of the final stage in the fixing of minimum prices. Two series of hearings have been held. one on production costs, another on minimum price relationships among producers within each district. The final stage is to coordinate the prices among districts. The objective 18 to make allowances for freight rate differentials and other factors so that districts serving the same consuming markets may operate on fair competitive levels.
