Two former Chicago Heights residents, brothers Brian and Randy Anderson reunited on Jeremiahs stage to perform songs they have co-written. Brian Anderson is currently an Albany Park resident and has been a featured artist and two-time top performance winner on Jeremiah's open stage.

Randy is currently employed by WHOP AM Radio, which is broadcast in southern Illinois. He was home for a vacation when his older brother, Brian, invited Randy to join him on the open stage. Area performers of all musical styles are invited to perform tonight and, thereafter, every other Thursday. Sign-up time is 8:30 p.m. at the restaurant, 28 Orland Square drive, Orland Park.

The summer open stages held every other Thursday have been successful in attracting local musicians to play for audiences. Jeremiah's plans to top off the new fall series with a special concert to be held in December to recognize the top performers from each night. The last summer open stage was held August 27 and proved to three Southwest music teachers that practice does make perfect!
