PAGE TWELVE, 3, In Memorlam 3 In memory of our dear Husband and Father, Byron Roland, who passed away May We sat at your bedside, Father dear, And saw your life depart, And when we knew that your life was gone, It nearly broke our Jiearts. You bade no one last farewell, And said goodbye to none, And when at lust you closed your eyes, We knew that God had won. He called you up to heaven, It was His holy will, And though you are far away from us In our hearts you live still. missed by Wife and Children Decorative Accessoriei Gifts George C. DUFF FIRES SHARP (Continued from First Page) Meanwhile, Cooke told a rally at Sunbury that Fine's backers are promising- state jobs in exchange for votes "at a wholesale rate." "The Fine campaign is currently engaged in the greatest vote- buying spree in this Commonwealth's history," he said. "State jobs have been put on the block to the highest producers of votes. From the very beginning of this campaign, the backers of John Fine have evidenced their fright over the outcome of the May 16 Primary.

They have resorted to every trick known to the slippery hack on the political fringe." In a talk at Washington, Kunkel said the defeat- of Sen. Claude Pepper in the Florida Democratic Primaries should be a warning to Pennsylvania voters.
