M. J. Hackley, wife of J. F. 1027 South jc street, will each get one sixth in terest of one fourth of a large estate valued at over a million dollars.

Mr. Pattison and Mrs received word' today that their uncle, Marion Pattison of Paris Illinois, had died on the 21st of this month, leaving hio entire estate to his four brothers, one of whom is the father of Mr. Pattison and Mrs. Hackley. Marion Pattison was an old bachelor and left no direct heirs.

He was prominent in business affairs 'and considered one of the wealthiest men in Illinois. J. F. Hackley is employed at the A. C.

Planing mills of this city, and Mr. Pattison owns a ten acre farm, three miles northwest here.
