Lebanon Daily News, Lebanon, JM To Adopt In June Derry Schools' Budget Up, But Taxes Same HERSHEY Township The School Derry (Board tentatively approved the 1972-73 school budget totaling Tuesday night. The new budget calls for increased expenditures of $535,000 without any tax increase. More than 70 per cent of increased expenditures is due to increases in payroll expenses and capital improvements. An 8 per cent increase, or in payroll expenses is a result of recently concluded wage negotiations with the Hershey Education Association. Capital improvements scheduled for the coming year include $125,000 for a library addition to the elementary school: $48,363 Damage Is Set At $900 In Car-Truck Accident A car and a truck collided on Jay Street east of Route 72 Tuesday afternoon.
