Even though they tried to joke it off the blizzard did spoil many events. With all that snow still their memories, several organizations are rearranging their calendar so as not to again have extreme weather disrupt their plans.

A few have decided to skip the month of December altogether, eliminating it for meetings, benefits, etc. Other groups have pushed their dates ahead into November. THE ALUMNAE ASSOCIATION of St. Joseph's College is such a group. The same committee is running the dance this year as was announced last year due to the fact that the blizzard canceled the event.

It was to be held on Dec, 26, and who needs to be reminded of that night? THE DANCE OF ST. JOSEPH'S ALUMNAE will be held in the Sert Room of the Waldorf -Astoria, 'Manhattan. Victor will supply the music for the dancing. He was highly recommended to the committee by Rita Nesdill, one of the alumnae who has had occasion to use his services. Miss Virginia Kehoe is chairman of the party and will be assisted by Mrs.

John Marshall and Mrs. Joseph C. Haffey, in charge of publicity; Miss Margaret Joklel, arrangements; the Misses Loretta Lopez and Virginia Lee, door committee; Miss Grace Devoy, bids, and the Misses Marie and Patricia Mallon, printing.
