GARRISON DUTY Three Regiments Jfow at San Francisco to be Sent to Honolulu or MiTiiIla. San Francisco, September 5. The Examiner reports Brigadier General Miller, now In command of the troops here, as saying thut within a month three of the regiments encamped nt the Presidio will be on their to Honolulu or Manila. They are the First Tennessee, Fifty-first Iowa and the Twentieth Kansas. The Sixth and Seventh California Regiments are to be mustered out.
