Re id Spencer, retired music teacher and composer of 100 l.efferts who doesn't like the organ music at Fbbets Field, said today he has three more legal moves planned to eliminate the disturbances of his afternoon nap. He will seek an injunction in Supreme Court.

Secondly, he will ask Secretary of State Michael F. Walsh if the Dodgers' State charter permits them to do anything but play baseball. Third maneuver is another nuisance action in Magistrate's court. This time he says he will be reinforced by neighbors. THIS TIME HE'S ON OUR SIDE Camp I'pton, July 23 German-born Hugo Gotts-chalk, 42, is in the army again this time on Uncle Sam's side.

Yesterday, as an American citizen, he reported for induction here. Also reporting yesterday was Harry Sinclair 26, son of the multi-millionaire oil man.

The police report said the motive power of the bicycle war furnished by Victor Monel, 12, of 68 McKibbin St. Edna was taken to Kings County Hospital by an ambulance surgeon from the Beth Moses Hospital, with a possible fracture of the left thigh. Victor was unhurt.

In Balkans, Crete London, July 23 (U.R) The Germans and Italians, many of whom are being shot, bombed and sabotaged constantly and increasingly by patriots, were reported today to have executed or condemned to death 148 more persons in the Balkans and Crete. The German Trans-Ocean Agency, in a dispatch broadcast by Radio Berlin, said 11 persons had been condemned to death by court martial at Bitolj, for "Communist activity." Eighteen others were sentenced to long prison terms. The British Broadcasting Company said that 75 Slovenian peasants had been shot in reprisal for the killing of two Fascists, and seven villages burned. B. B.

C. also reported that 62 persons were executed at Herakleion, Crete, on June 14, among them a former mayor of the town. Gen. Draja Mikhailovitch's guerrilla armies, fighting the Italians and Germans in woods and mountains and killing them by hundreds, were reported to have gained further successes. West Haven.

22 up. Booklet After RAF Raids London, July 23 (U German planes ranged over a wide area of England at dawn today to stage hit-run attacks against an East Midlands region and an Eastern England district after the R. A. using Douglas bombers, attacked a chemical works and power station at Nazi-occupied Ghent, Belgium. Hotels and boarding houses at an East Coast town were damaged badly when a German Dornier flying boat swept in from the sea at low altitude to drap its bombs.

(London radio, in a broadcast by the United Press in New York, said "damage and casualties are reported from an East Coast town where a family of six were among those killed.) The Air Ministry said that hits were observed on both objectives at Ghent and that two of the protecting fighters were missing. The Ghent raid followed a daylight Spitfire sweep for the third consecutive day over the German supply lines and installations in occupied territory. One formation, despite ini-ense machine gun fire, blasted with their cannon four barges in the canal near Dunkirk and set off explosions. Other formations damaged three railroad engines near Middelburg, MAmSONBEACH HOTEL East Durham. N.
