He had offices in Long Beach and in Manhattan and had practiced for 18 years. He was born in Manhattan and was graduated from Columbia University. He was World War veteran and a member of Victor Murtha Post 972. American Legion. He was also a member of the Optometrical Society.

He is survived by his wife. Pearl; two children, Barbara and Richard: his mother. Mrs. Pauline Mej-ro-witz, and a brother, Milton. Funeral services will be announced later.

He was an organizer and first president of the American Art Dealers' Association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Phoeba Craig Macbeth; his mother, Mrs. Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Fagan was born here April 24, 1876, the son of Michael and Elizabeth McCormick Fagan.

Macbeth, a native of Brooklyn and head of the Macbeth Gallery, of 11 E. 57th Manhattan, first gallery to deal exclusively in American art, will be held at 2.30 pm. tomorrow at his home here. 363 Charlton Ave. Macbeth died yesterday in Orange Memorial Hospital after a month's illness.

He was 56. He was born in Brooklyn and was graduated from Boys High School and Columbia University. In 1917 he became head of the art gallery on the death of his father. William Macbeth. The elder Macbeth came to this country from Ireland in 1871 and established the gallery in 1892.

Hostile to Modern Art His father interested many col-Jectors in Americana at a time when European art was far more popular, and like his father, Mr. Macbeth was an ardent champion cf Ameri paper columns, Mr. Scacheri was one of the best photographers in the East. In collaboration with his wife, the former Mabel Delameter, one-time reporter on the Chicago Evening American, Mr. Scacheri wrote and published "The Fun of Photography," "Indians Today" and other books on Indian life for boys.

She was born in Brooklyn and had lived here all her life, attending Public School 5 and Girls High School. Until recently she had been a member of the Hanson Place Baptist Church for many years, where she was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Women's Union.

She was also an associate member of the Morning Choral. Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Jenkisson; a son, Kenneth; one sister, Mrs. Farnces J. Specht, and her two brothers.

Albans. Mrs. Friberg died Wednesday in the home of another daughter, Mrs. Clara at Knollwood Beach, Huntington. She was 81 and had been a life of Green-point.

Also surviving are a third daughter, two nine fcrandchil- Seattle, and in 1933 became staff photographer for the weekly paper issued at the Chicago World's Fair. He joined the staff of the World-Telegram in 1936 and had written regularly for the paper since that time. On Feb. 24, 1936, he was soloist with the National Orchestral Association, and in 1937 won a tcholarship at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. Mr. Weller died June 15 at his home in Locust Valley. The petition for probate sets the value of the estate as "more than and sets up a trust of $25,000 for the widow, Mrs. June Roberts Weller. She is to have the net income during her lifetime and testamentary disposition of the fund, but the net income after her death is to go to a brother, Hobert C.

Weller. The residue of the estate goes to Mrs. Weller. She and Franklin A. Rogers, Mr.

Weller's law partner, are named trustees and executors. He was born in New Jersey but had been a resident of Richmond Hill for the past 32 years. He retired from his position with the city about eight years ago.

He was 67. Father Kienle was born in Germany and came here in 1889. He studied at St. Benedict's Preparatory School and St. Benedict's College, attached to the abbey, and at St.

Anselm's College, Manchester, N. H. He was ordained a priest in 1897. He returned to St. Benedict's to teach Latin and Greek for 35 years.

He was procurator of the abbey for more than 20 years and retired as prior in January, 1939, E.
