I BUSHWICK 'Marcelle Night' Set for Feb. 7 Ruisi Heads Committee For 19th Democrats Assistant Attorney General Leonard E. Ruisi is general chairman of the annual "Marcelle Night" sponsored by the 19th A. D. Regular Democratic Organization, which is being held on Friday evening, Feb.

7, 1941, at the Hotel St. George. Joseph P. Marcelle is the Democratic leader of the 19th A. D.

and Mrs. Sylvia Epstein is the cOleader. Among the prominent Democrats expected to be present will be County Leader Frank V. Kelly, Attorney General John J. Bennett, District Attorney William O'Dwyer, Minority Leader Irwin Steingut, Supreme Court Judge Algeron I.

PROSPECT PARK Art Distribution Center To Be Opened in Boro The opening of a new art distribution center at the Brooklyn Museum, Eastern Parkway, was announced today by the New York City WPA Art Project and the Brooklyn Museum. The new center. which will open the second week in February, will house a selection of sculpture, paintings and the graphic arts.

An index of Americar design study series, posters, mural sketches and photographs for allocation to schools and other public buildings, was made available to the project through the courtesy of the board of trustees of the museum and Laurence P.
