Payne Whitney's Estate The North Shore was well represented yesterday afternoon at the annual fair and tea which was held at "Greentree," the estate of Mrs, Payne Whitney in Manhasset for the benefit of the Babies Milk Fund of the New York Hospital and the Family Welfare Association of Nassau County. Many attractions were featured including a booth for Ice cream and cake for the youngsters and a beer garden for the adults.
