Pelletreau of Suffolk County handed down a decision yesterday admitting to probate the will of the late Mrs. Lucinda M. Burchardi of Patchogue, who died Sept. 24, 1937, leaving an estate af about $90,000. Objections to the filing of the will had been filed by Edward B.

Scott of 1618 Beverly Road, Brooklyn, a friend of the testator's deceased husband. Scott claimed that he had been bequeathed 57 '-i percent of the estate under a will made by Mrs. Burchardi on Aug. 15, 1933, and that he had not been mentioned in the will admitted to probate today and made by Mrs. Burchardi on June 27, 1936.

He charged that when the June, 1936, will was made Mrs. Burchardi was incompetent and lacked testamentary capacity. Finds Testatrix Sound In his decision admitting the contested will to probate. Surrogate Pelletreau found "that the said testatrix at the time of executing the said will was of full age, of sound acute alcoholism, Merlin was removed to Kings County Hospital by Dr. Kline.

A trap drummer's cymbal, found near the body, was held by police as a possible clue to the Identity of the escaped driver. Norman Williams of 13 Garden Place, Bay Shore, was killed in a collision between the car he was driving and another driven by Clarence H. Bobbins of Saxon Islip, on the Farmingdale-Babylon Road. Neal was born In Brooklyn 49 yea. ago, a son of the late John K. Neal, long a power in Republican affairs here and former Commls-sijner of Records of Kings County. Mr. Neal suffered a heart attack while at work as clerk in the office the Queens Board of Elections a week from last Wednesday.

He had been attached to that office for about two years. He previously served on the Kings County office oC the board. For about 20 years Mr. Neal took an active part in Republican affairs in the 20th A. D.

and was secretary of the 20th A. D. Republican Club. He also had served as president of the club. He was a member of the Unity Republican Club, Brooklyn Elks Lodge 22, the 28th Ward Taxpayers Association, the Irving Civic Association, the Veterens Association of the 23d Regiment and the Alumni Association of P.

S. 85. Monday Mr. Neal was appointed a Special Deputy Collector of Internal Revenue in 1932 and held that office until 1934, when he went with the Board of Elections. Surviving are his widow.
