Soden. Principal items in the estate were a half interest in a building at 506 Broadway, Manhattan, which housed the firm of Simon Brothers, in which he was a partner, and 639 in mortgages, notes, cash and insurance. Although his interest in the building was valued at $42,204, there was a mortgage of $142,000 on the building held by the estate of Max Simon, his brother. Two-thirds of the estate was left to his widow, Betsy, with the other third divided equally among their three children. Braun Estate $40,833 Rudolph Braun, who died Aug.

13, 1936, at his home, 1337 Elmore Place, left a gross estate of 899.90 and a net estate of $40,833.49. Principal items of the estate were stocks and bonds, the bulk of which were left to his widow, Frances. Edward Brennan, who died Oct. 22, 1936, at his home, 2336 E. 16th left a gross estate of $22.988.78 and a net estate of $20,012.78.

Principal items were real estate holdings in the vicinity of his home. The estate was left in equal shares to four children. 1936, his home, 44 E. 2d left Joseph, Turano, who died Jan. 16, a gross estate of $15,423.89 and a net estate of $13,684.

Cash in a bank account and a part ownership in the Turano Fur Shearing Company, of Manhattan, were the principal assets. His widow, Nunziata, was left the bulk of the estate, with five children sharing the residue. $11,294 Left by Weiner Selig Weiner, who died Oct. 17. 1936, left a gross estate of $15,632.43 and a net estate of $11,294.52.

Real estate was the principal item, and the legatees were five children. Theodore Arlinsky, who died Nov. 8, 1936, left a gross estate of $25,500 and a net estate, of $8,718. The major asset house at 214 Scholes valued at $24,609, on which there was a mortgage of 338. The estate was left in equal shares to three children.

MRS. MARY DAVENIERO (nee Sullivan. life resident of Brooklyn. died yesterday in her home, 10 8t Edwards in her 48th year. Surviving are her husband.

Gustav T. Fischer, 64. of 195 Nichols pastor of the Evangelical Church of Peace and former district superintendent of the Atlantic Conference of the Evangelical Church, died yesterday of complications resulting from a spinal operation. He had been ill two months. Mr.

Fischer was born in NurtinGermany, and came to this country when he was 10 years old. studied at North Central College and Evangelical Biblical Seminary, both in Naperville, and at Johns Hopkins and Temple Universities. He served in pastorates in Philadelphia, Baltimore and Queens Village before coming to Brooklyn in 1933. He served as district superintendent for four years, retiring a year ago because of his health. Funeral Tomorrow Surviving are his widow, ow the former Augusta Buchtenkirch, and three children, Theodore, Ethel and Herbert Fischer.

Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Church of Peace, Ridgewood and Nichols with the Rev. Henry Heine, district superintendent, presiding and other officials of the Atlantic Conference participating. Burial will be in Louden Park Cemetery, Baltimore, Thursday afternoon. J.

R. Carlos Dies; Fraternal Leader James R. Carlos, who owned a plumbing business on Nassau Greenpoint, for more than 40 years. died Sunday in his home, 256 Nassau after a prolonged illness. Born in Manhattan 63 years ago, he lived in Brooklyn 55 years.

Mr. Carlos was a life member of Reliance Lodge, F. and A. and Radiant Chapter, a member of Abraham Lincoln' Council, Jr. O.

U. A. and treasurer and trustee of Faith Mission Association for the last 40 years. Surviving are his widow, Adelaide; a daughter, Mrs. Harriet A.

Cooper; a son, James R. a sister, Mrs. Katherine Van Steenburgh, and two brothers, Albert and Harvey. Religious and fraternal services will be conducted in his home tonight at 8 o'clock. The Rev.

Parsons Was president of Ganun Parsons, of 5 W. 52d Manhattan, which was established in the basement of Oakley Hall's former residence. The Astors, Vanderbilts and other equally noted residents of old New York patronized the firm. Born in Towanda, Mr. Parsons was a son of the late Elijah Parsons, editor of the Bradford Daily Argus, for 50 years.

He attended Susquehanna Collegiate Institute where he was graduated in 1878 after which he worked for few years with the optical firm of E. B. Meyrowitz, in New York. He was a veteran of Company Seventh Regiment, Manhattan, and is survived by his widow, Mrs. Maude Peters Parsons; two sons, and a sister.

Thomas, died of pneumonia today in French Hospital, Manhattan. He had been ill since Jan. 28. In recent years Mr. Troy had lived in retirement with his family at his home, 235 Bainbridge St.

He emerged this season, however. to appear three times on the radio program, "Echoes of New York Town." participating as a performer and adviser on the tunes of his day. His last appearance was on Jan. 24. In his long association with the theater, Mr.

Troy played in minstrels and variety and also was a producer and manager various theaters throughout the country. He organized several road and took them as far as California. Was Jurist's Nephew His first stage appearance was at the age of six months when he took the part of the baby in the play "Rolla." A native Brooklynite, he was the son of the late John P. Troy, noted lawyer, and a nephew of the late County a Judge James Troy. He appeared in various children's parts during his youth and in 1 1872 formed a partnership with Eddie Heeney, The team was known as Thomas and Heeney, Clog and Jig Dances, and played a long run with R.

M. Hooley's Brooklyn Minstrels. He was the last surviving member of that once famous organiation. Arthur Pratt Arthur Pratt, 51, who conducted an optometry business in his home, 797 Lincoln Place, for 33 years, died today after a prolonged illness. He life resident of Brooklyn.
