Forest View Women Meet Wednesday Future activities of the Forest View Women's Club will be discussed at a 7:30 p.m. meeting on Wednesday in the Forest View village President, Eleanor Springler will also select a nominating committee for the election. of club officers in June. During the' business session, Chairman Lillian Mision will make final plans for the club's annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

on May 17 and from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on May 18. She has asked that contributions be brought in on Monday, May 16. Arrangements for the potluck supper to be held during the June meeting will be made by Mrs. Val Kofron and her committee.

Gifts were 'sent to the sponsored girl at Normal, and the adopted Indian girl for Easter. Miss Poppy, Denise Schaufel, will be appearing at various ganizations to tell about the py. Stanley Popiel, junior advisor, at 484-2472. Juniors are currently rehearsing their program for the Department Junior Conference to be held in Urbana on May 14. Mrs. Joachim and Patricia Popiel are directing the girls, and Mrs. Helen Davis is their accompanist.

Taking part will be Donna Popiel, Nancy Burian, Jean VIk, Nancy Zuncic, Joan Weyer, Karen and Mary Williams and Donna Adam. Patricia Popiel will do the makeup, with Mrs. Anton Dvorak, Mrs. Charles Horak, Mrs John Zelenka and Mrs. Popiel working on costumes.

Berwyn Juniors won first place in Class III in the doll dressing contest at the recent 5th District judging, 1st place in Contest two Class III on their handiwork and 2nd place in Contest one Class II for their paper work. At an April 17 Cook County Council Junior Conference held at the Roseland Post they won honorable mention for their doll. Patty Omera Nickel Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nickel, of Atlanta, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Patty Omera Nickel.
