The Bctitity noted In Plttsbuigh Screw and Bolt yesterday, when the stock was admitted to trading 011 the New York Stock Exchange, was in evidence In a smaller way tn the short week-end session today, but It did nut break out of the price range between 27 and 28 tn which it worked yesterday, Fuel stocks showed no matoilai changes from yesterday's quotations. Lone Star Gas opened with a small fractional decline, but was not under pressure. Western Public Service was unchanged. Dixie Gas was firm anil reflected the scarcity of supply around recent prices by opening with u large fractional overnight gain. The oil stocks were also firm, but did not display the same buoyancy as was noted tn the petroleum division In tftts New York market, Westinghouse Air Brake Was quiet and changed hands at prices a little under the high established In yesterday's forward movement. A new Gulf Coast oil field has been opened in Liberty County, through the completion of the Harvey Smith No. 1 well of the Moore's Bluff Corporation tn the C. C. Bronson survey, southwestern Liberty County. The well Is flowing t,000 barrels of 24 gravity pipe lino oil daily from a total depth of 3,276 feet.
